What to Expect
Emsella treatments are designed to be simple, comfortable, and easy to fit into your routine.
During your session, you’ll sit fully clothed on the Emsella chair while the device delivers targeted energy to the pelvic floor muscles. You may feel tingling or muscle contractions, similar to engaging those muscles during exercise.
Each session typically lasts about 28 minutes, and there is no downtime afterward, you can return to your normal activities right away.
A series of 6 sessions over 3 weeks is usually recommended to achieve the best results, with improvements often beginning within the first 2-3 sessions and continuing over time. Emsella requires no downtime and patients can return to normal activities immediately.
